We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freight Forwarding Manager to manage and grow our shipping and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing export/import shipments, coordinating with customers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and other logistics partners, while ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Import & Export Freight Forwarding Operations
• Handle Sea & Air Freight, bookings, documentation & shipment tracking
• Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Airlines, CHA, Transporters & Overseas Agents
• Manage customer relationships, quotations & freight rate negotiations
• Develop new business and achieve sales & revenue targets
• Monitor shipment costs, profitability & operational efficiency
• Lead and manage the forwarding team
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely shipment execution
Requirements:
✅ 5–10 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping
✅ Strong knowledge of Import & Export processes
✅ Good communication, negotiation & team-management skills
✅ Knowledge of freight rates, documentation & logistics operations
