We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Develop new business and acquire new clients
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
🔹 Generate business from Exporters & Importers
🔹 Handle Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL, Air Freight & Logistics solutions
🔹 Develop and manage sales opportunities
🔹 Conduct client meetings and market visits
🔹 Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms
🔹 Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
🔹 Coordinate with Pricing, Operations & Documentation teams
REQUIREMENTS
✅ 10–15 years of relevant experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics
✅ Strong existing customer network preferred
✅ Proven experience in Business Development & Sales
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Good knowledge of international freight forwarding
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
