*Roles & Responsibilities*
• Assist in supervising daily production activities
• Ensure smooth operation of production processes
• Monitor manpower and machine utilization
• Maintain production schedules and achieve daily production targets
• Ensure quality standards are followed as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
• Maintain basic production and stock records
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness on the shop floor
• Monitor production processes and identify operational issues
• Prepare and report daily production status to senior management
