⏳ Experience: 12–15 Years
💰 Salary: ₹1.0 Lac In-Hand + Depending on Interview & Experience
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete Salt Panning & Salt Harvesting operations
• Oversee Salt Washery operations, quality & production targets
• Plan harvesting schedules, production & dispatch
• Lead large field teams and contractors
• Monitor equipment maintenance & operational efficiency
• Ensure safety, environmental & statutory compliance
• Prepare production reports and coordinate with management
