Job Description

Electrical Automation Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience spanning both core software development and electrical hardware engineering. Proficient in Siemens/ Honeywell- PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, development, and Trouble shooting. Technical expertise in PLC & MCC Power Distribution Panel Testing (FAT), design validation, and electrical troubleshooting in online/ offline environments.

Knowledge of

1. PLC Hardware: S7-200 Smart, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Honeywell
2. Engineering Software: TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART
3. HMI & SCADA Systems: Simatic WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5, WinCC Explorer V8.0, Simatic WinCC Runtime Advanced  Industrial Panel Expertise: PLC Panels (Control logic & IO architecture) MCC Panels (Motor Control Centers, Starters, Feeders) VFD Panels (Variable Frequency Drives integration & tuning)
4. Engineering Standard Tools: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Field Loop Testing, I/O Checking, PLC/MCC Panel Testing  Programming & Logic: PLC Program Development, Logic Modification.
5. Field Engineering: Online/Offline Troubleshooting, Commissioning, Component Integration
