Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct theoretical and practical training on solar PV technology and applications.
Explain the fundamentals of solar energy, solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and other system components.
Provide hands-on training in rooftop solar installation and ground-mounted solar systems.
Train participants on solar panel mounting, wiring, cable termination, earthing, and electrical connections.
Demonstrate solar system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Explain electrical safety, working-at-height safety, PPE usage, and relevant safety standards.
Train participants on on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
Prepare training materials, presentations, practical demonstrations, and assessment questionnaires.
Evaluate trainees' performance through written tests and practical assessments.
Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
Keep updated with the latest solar technologies, industry practices, and applicable government guidelines.
Coordinate with project teams, technical teams, and training institutions to ensure effective training delivery.
