About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated professionals to join our team. This role combines client-facing sales activities with market research to understand customer preferences for products like Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and other investment options. Ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to grow in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door or field surveys to gather customer insights and investment preferences
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and local business owners
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve outreach efforts
Accurately record, analyze, and share data collected during surveys
Represent the company professionally in the field and during client interactions
Support lead generation and new business initiatives through direct engagement
Who Can Apply
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, market research, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
Willingness to travel within the designated area for surveys and client visits
