Role: Project Coordinator (Data-Driven Operations focus)
►Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution using data-driven tracking and digital tools
- Support the Project Manager in daily
coordination with the Moscow group, ensuring structured communication and efficient workflow management
- Facilitate technical data and document exchange between Customer and Supplier through optimized digital systems and automation workflows
- Monitor project progress, engineering status, and documentation using automated tracking systems
and dashboards (Excel Power BI)
►IT & Automation Responsibilities
Manage access control (TPBS / Finow drives) and coordinate troubleshooting activities
-Optimize digital systems and workflows
- Automate repetitive project processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy
- Integrate Al-based solutions to streamline workflows, improve data exchange, and accelerate decision-making
- Reduce documentation redundancy through structured automation workflows and standardized templates
- Design and maintain centralized databases for
documents, formats, and project records
► Project & Data Management
- Support quality activities: tracking quality plans,
inspection schedules, and approvals using
data-driven systems
- Assist in schedule tracking and change.
coordination using analytical and forecasting
approaches
- Support project budget monitoring and reporting
using structured data analysis tools
- Maintain and optimize project documentation:
schedules, reports, financial records, and
communication logs
- Develop automated reports, dashboards, and
performance metrics for better project visibility
- Ensure smooth collaboration across
cross-functional and international teams using
digital tools
► Qualifications & Skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer
Science / IT / Al preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python (data
handling & automation)
- Experience with project management tools (MS
Project or similar)
