💼 Position: Sales Engineer / DSR
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
🎯 Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (Performance-based)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Generate new business opportunities
Promote and sell industrial products (lubricants, engineering solutions, etc.)
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Field visits and client meetings
✅ Requirements:
Experience in sales (preferred industrial or B2B)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Local market knowledge is a plus
