Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily store operations, including material receipt, issue, storage, and inventory control.
Monitor weighbridge operations and ensure accurate vehicle weighing and weight records.
Verify incoming and outgoing material documents, challans, invoices, and weighment slips.
Coordinate with security, logistics, production, and purchase teams for smooth material movement.
Maintain stock registers, GRN, material issue records, and daily MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation, stock reconciliation, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of store management, inventory control, and weighbridge operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/software, and documentation.
Strong coordination, record-keeping, and supervisory skills.
High attention to accuracy, safety, and material accountability.
Preferred Candidate: A disciplined and responsible candidate with relevant manufacturing experience in store and weighbridge operations, capable of managing daily activities and maintaining accurate records independently.
