Experience: 2–3 Years of Industrial Experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics
Shift: 8-Hour Rotational Shifts
Reporting To: C&I Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial instruments and equipment.
Install, inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors, transmitters, control valves, and field instruments.
Maintain pressure, temperature, flow, and level measuring instruments.
Assist in PLC, control panel, and process automation system maintenance.
Conduct routine instrument testing, loop checking, and calibration activities.
Identify instrument faults and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize plant downtime.
Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
Follow plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Required Skills :
Practical knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Hands-on experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation safety practices.
Good technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate: A technically skilled and safety-conscious candidate with 2–3 years of industrial experience in instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
