📍 Location: Mandvi Farm, Kutch (Gujarat)
🧑‍🌾 Position: Agriculture Caretaker
🌱 Crops: Pomegranate & Cotton

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🧪 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Farm / Caretaker experience)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of agricultural activities
• Managing farmland and crop operations (Pomegranate & Cotton)
• Maintenance of irrigation systems, fencing, and farm equipment
• Coordinating with farm workers for timely operations
• Basic office work & computer handling (emails, records)
• Regular communication and reporting to Head Office

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / B.Sc. Agriculture
  (Bachelor’s/Diploma in Agriculture preferred)
• Experience in farm management or agricultural work
• Knowledge of cotton & fruit crops (pomegranate preferred)
• Basic computer and office administration skills
• Languages: Hindi / Gujarati (Basic English preferred)
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
