Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse / business operations
- Ensure smooth order processing, packing & dispatch
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy & stock movements
- Lead and manage associates, supervisors & team leads
- Create shift plans, manpower allocation & attendance
- Conduct training, performance reviews & coaching
- Ensure on-time delivery & order accuracy
- Handle escalations related to customer issues
- Track KPIs:
- Order fulfillment rate
- On-time delivery
- Productivity per associate
- Defect & return rates
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, sellers & internal teams
- Communicate with regional & senior management
- Support new process launches & peak season planning
