🔧 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operation Melter to join our Steel Melting Shop (SMS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furnace operations, metallurgical control, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve target heat size and tap-to-tap time efficiently

Maintain accurate chemical composition in molten metal

Meet daily production targets per shift

Ensure temperature consistency as per CCM casting needs

Optimize induction furnace lining life and reduce:

Power consumption

Sample usage

Thermocouple tips

Proactively prevent accidents—both minor and major

📚 Qualifications:
Any Graduate with relevant SMS experience may also apply

🧠 Experience:
Minimum 8 years in Steel Melting/Induction Furnace Operations
