We are seeking a motivated 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and provide high-quality technical support to office-based and remote users.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1st line IT support to end users
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Manage users in Active Directory and Azure AD
Support CRM access and basic application issues
Diagnose connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets within SLA
Escalate complex issues when required
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (AZ-900 / MS-900)
Exposure to Intune or endpoint management
Interest in progressing to 2nd Line support
