We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in the Shipping & Logistics Industry.
Experience: 4–6 Years
Industry Experience: Shipping / CHA / Freight Forwarding
Position: Senior Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and accounting entries
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounts
• Handle accounting activities related to CHA and Freight Forwarding
• Prepare MIS and financial reports as required
• Ensure timely closing and accurate maintenance of accounts
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Shipping, CHA & Freight Forwarding accounts
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
