Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure proper inward and outward material documentation.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and stock valuation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Service, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
- Monitor material movement and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of material coding, stock control, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and inventory reporting.
- Ability to analyze stock reports and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Leadership ability to manage store staff and daily activities.
