Technical Competencies
CAD Expertise: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard 3D CAD software (Solid Edge).
GD&T: Expert knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles.
Manufacturing Processes: Deep understanding of sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, casting, and rapid prototyping.
Analytical Tools: Proven experience utilizing FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Solid Edge Simulation) for stress, thermal, or fatigue analysis.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in a product design or hardware development environment.
