Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery
Ensure smooth plant operations and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Maintain daily maintenance reports and records
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance
Understanding of industrial machinery
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer knowledge
