Job Description

Drives international business growth by identifying new markets, managing relationships with overseas clients, and negotiating contracts. They handle end-to-end export documentation, compliance with international trade regulations (Incoterms), and logistics coordination. Key requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of experience, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Identify and pursue new international business opportunities, customers, and distributors.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with foreign clients to achieve sales targets.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare essential export documents (shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin) and ensure compliance with international regulations.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics teams for timely shipment delivery.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and participate in international trade fairs.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in international sales or export, preferably within the same industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, often requiring proficiency in foreign languages.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
